Construction FAQs
Do you build from my own architectural drawings?
Yes. Bring approved or draft drawings and we will price them. If you do not have drawings yet, we can connect you with architects and engineers we work with.
Can I build in stages as money becomes available?
Yes. Many clients build foundation-to-roof first, then finishes later. We structure the quotation in stages so you always know what each phase costs.
Do you supply the materials or do I buy them?
Either works. Jobisho also supplies building materials, so we can include materials in the contract at agreed prices, or you can buy them yourself and hire us for labour and supervision.
