Do you supply building materials as well as build?
Yes — that is the 'Supplies' in our name. You can hire Jobisho for labour and supervision only, for materials supply only, or for a complete supply-and-build contract.
Do you offer free site visits?
Within our normal working area, site visits for quoting are free. For distant sites we may ask for a refundable visit fee — we will always tell you before travelling.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A perimeter wall may take weeks; a full home takes months. Every quotation includes a programme with stages, and we update you as work proceeds.
Do you handle drawings and approvals?
We coordinate with architects, engineers and county offices, and can connect you with professionals we work with. Approval fees are paid by the client and shown separately in the quotation.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We return to fix defects attributable to our workmanship within an agreed defects-liability period. The specific terms are written into your contract — ask us at quotation stage.
How do payments work?
Payments follow the stages in the written quotation — typically a mobilisation payment, stage payments against completed work, and a small retention released after the snag list. M-Pesa and bank transfer are both fine.
Can you quote from my bill of quantities?
Yes. Upload your BoQ or drawings on the quote form and we will price against them. For materials supply, send the BoQ and we will return a priced materials list.
Which areas do you work in?
Kenya — tell us where your site is. We travel for larger projects and will be upfront about any logistics costs.
