This website describes the construction and building-materials supply services of Jobisho Supplies and Construction. It is provided for information and to make it easy to request a quotation. Content is updated as our work and services evolve.

Quotations and prices

Figures discussed on this site, on the phone or on WhatsApp are indicative only. A quotation is an estimate until a site visit is done; final costs depend on the confirmed scope and material prices at the time of order, and are always confirmed in writing before work starts.

Site visits

Site visits for quoting are free within our normal working area. For distant sites we may agree a refundable visit fee with you before travelling.

Payments

Payments for work follow the stages set out in your written quotation — typically a mobilisation payment, stage payments against completed work, and a retention released after the snag list. We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. Payment terms for materials supply are agreed per order.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming plot ownership and boundaries, obtaining county approvals (we can help coordinate), and providing accurate information about your project. Workmanship warranty and defects-liability terms, where applicable, are written into your contract.
