The challenge
The plot sloped toward the road, so levels, drainage and a stepped foundation had to be solved before walls could rise.
What we built
Strip foundations, full masonry shell, timber-truss roof with box-profile sheets, plumbing and electrical first fix, plastering, tiling and painting — plus a small perimeter wall.
