Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
Often yes. We phase the work so a bathroom and kitchen remain usable, and we agree the sequence with you before starting.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Single-room remodels and repair lists are welcome — send photos and we will tell you honestly if it needs a site visit.
